Purchasing a Product
1. How do I purchase the products? -
You need to select the product first, Add to Cart, click on Checkout and proceed to make the payment from the available- Payment options.
2. How long will it take for the products to be delivered to me? -
You will have access to products within a couple of minutes once you make the payment, available for download in your - Member's Area.
3. I am not sure if my payment was successful or not? -
A confirmation email of your successful purchase will be sent at your email by Passguide and the Payment processor.
4. My Card was charged for purchase but I never received Passguide Products? -
In some cases the orders need to be manually reviewed and the product needs to be manually activated, for this purpose a - 12 hour period is required. In case you still can not access your product please e-mail billing@passguide.com including date
- of purchase, your name, e-mail ID used to make payment, method of payment and last four digits of your credit card.
5. The system does not accept my credit card. What should I do? -
Please fill in all fields in the "credit card payment" form - Double check, or re-enter your credit card and billing information.
- If you continue to have difficulties, please call your Bank to confirm if your card can be used for online purchase. You can also
- contact billing@passguide.com for further assistance in payment.
6. I don't have a Credit Card is there any other way I can pay for my Purchase? -
You can purchase the product in more than one way, through Paypal, Google Checkout, Moneybookers, AlertPay, Western - Union and Bank Wire transfer. Further assistance can be obtained at billing@passguide.com.
7. Which credit cards does Passguide accept? -
All major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron and Maestro are accepted at Passguide.
8. Is my Credit Card Information Secure at your site? -
Absolutely, we follow international money transfer guidelines. We process our transactions through the processor - Metacharge/PayPoint. The processor checks the information provided, verifies the card, and then redirects you back to

9. Are you downloadable Product free of any Virus? -

10. Do you share your customer information database with any third parties? -

11. Do I receive a receipt? -
A receipt of every successful purchase will emailed to you, the order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and is also stored in - your Member's Area.

1. Which different Passguide products are available? -
Passguide provides its customers with products for Certification and Exam Training in Test Engine form: - Questions and Answers (Q&A)
- The Questions and Answers should be utilized to prepare for the exam in detail, passing your exam is Warranty with the Q&A.

2. How will I access Questions & Answers Product? -
Passguide provides the Question & Answer in the form of an Interactive Test Engine. The Test Engine provides you with a - Virtual Exam (test yourself with exam questions with a time limit), Practice exam (review exam questions one by one, see
- correct answers and explanations). The Test Engine is downloadable, installed on your PC. The "Exam Setting and
- Question Filter" allow you to customize the Test Engine according to your requirements.
3. How long is my product Valid? -
Passguide products have a validity of 120 days from the date of purchase. After 120 days the product will not be accessible and - should be renewed.
4. Can I try the Demo for Online Testing Engine for Free? -
Demos are available for only a few selected exams. An overview for the products can be seen on our Samples page.
5. What does your Q&A with explanations entail? -
The Question & Answer provide explanations along with rephrased version of the questions that appear in the exam. - Explanations are provided for all the options so it helps you to understand why a specific Answers option is correct or
- incorrect. More information about available Q&A can be found on our products page.
6. How can I detect if a product has explanations or not before I make the purchase? -
The page for each product Exam or Certification will specifically say if the product has only Questions and Answers, or - Questions and Answers with Explanations.
7. Can I pass an exam with Passguide Question & Answers only? -
It's absolutely possible, but we recommend you use one of our other products such as Study Guide, Lab preparation or - Audio Exam along with the Question & Answers to develop a complete understanding and gain practical hands-on
- experience.
8. What are the system requirements to use the Passguide products? -
There are four requirements: - Windows operating system
- Permission to install a program in Windows Operating System
- Access to the Internet
- Install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE)
- Our products currently run only on Windows Operating System, we are in a process of launching our products on Linux and
- Mac operating Systems.

Downloading Products
1. How do I download purchased Product? -
Follow the following steps for purchase: - Go to www.passguide.com
- Login to Members Login Area using the Username and Password.
- Your purchased exam will be visible in the "Current Products" section. Click on the required Exam to Download.
2. I need further download instructions. Where can I find it? -
You can download the complete Download Manual (PDF) in your Members Area in the left column. In case of further queries, - please contact support@passguide.com for assistance or use the online Chat Support option.
3. On how many computers I can download Passguide Software? -
You can download the Passguide products on a maximum number of Two PCs. Downloading the product on more than Two - PCs will lead to your account being blocked.
4. How long does it take for you to respond to my emails? -
Customer satisfaction is among one of the core objectives of Passguide. Keeping that in view, majority emails received by - customers are answered within the 24 hours of receipt while all emails are answered within 48 hours.
5. I purchased the product but my Username/Password is not working. How can I locate my Password? -
Please E-mail your Username to the Support Team support@passguide.com including the Product you purchased and the - date of purchase. Team will locate your Password and respond back.
Product Updates
1. How will I get Updates on Question & Answers? -
The Interactive Testing engine is connected with the Server if the product is activated for online use. Once you start your- product every time, Question & Answers are updated automatically when connected to the Internet.
2. Are your updates free? -
Passguide provides "FREE" updates for its products for 120 days from the date of purchase of the original product. On - expiration the product(s) will be removed from the Member's Area.
3. How often are your products updated?-
Our products are updated on daily basis. Once the certification vendor updates the exam course we update our products - within a matter of hours. This way our products provide up to date exam material reflecting the current exams.
4. Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product? -
Expired products can be repurchased/renewed at 30% discount from within your Members' Area for another 120 day access.
5. How do I know that there has been an update?-
You can verify your version by following steps:- Method 1
- Click on "Exam" menu >> Check for updates
- In case of any update is available, it will start downloading automatically.
- In case you already have the LATEST exam material, the message NO Updates will be displayed.
- Method 2
- Download a new copy from your Account Login
- It is recommended to always check for any Exam 3-4 days before you schedule the exam.
6. There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?-
In order to get the update you should remove the History from your browser, restart the computer or clear the local web cache. - To clear the local web cache open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu then Internet Options command, and finally click the
- "Delete files" button.
7. My Product had before a lot of questions but their number has decreased a lot after this update. What is
the reason behind this?-
Only up to date and latest exam material is provided by Passguide so only necessary Questions for the exam are available in - the product. When Update is made it is not necessary that the number of questions will be changed. There can be minor
- changes such as grammatical correction, sentence reformation, spell check, punctuation etc.

WARRANTY
1. How is my product Warranty? -

2. How do I claim Warranty? -
In case of failure in your exam, you need to email your failed transcript at billing@passguide.com. Also mention your - preferred solution, product Extension or Product Exchange instead of refund.
3. How do I ask for a refund?-
If you fail to pass your exam with our Products or service we will either credit your Passguide account for future purchase or - refund you. If you need a refund please contact billing@passguide.com.
