Under What Conditions I can Claim the Guarantee?

Full Refund is valid for any Passguide Testing Engine User who fails the corresponding exam within 30 days from the date of purchase of Exam. Product Exchange is valid for customers who claim guarantee within 90 days from date of purchase. Customer can contact Passguide to claim this guarantee and get full refund at billing@passguide.com Exam failures that occur before the purchasing date are not qualified for claiming guarantee. The refund request should be submitted within 7 days after exam failure.

Note: The money-back-guarantee is not applicable on following cases:

1.	Failure within 7 days after the purchase date. Passguide highly recommends the candidates a study time of 7 days to prepare for the exam with Passguide study material, it will make you understand the exam very well and pass it very easily.
2.	Wrong purchase. Passguide.com will not entertain any claims once the product is Downloaded and Installed. In special cases where customer has paid for the wrong Exam and informed the Team about it in 48 hours without downloading Product we may consider swapping Exams.
3.	Free exam. (No matter failed or wrong choice)
4.	Expired order(s). (Out of 90 days from the purchase date)
5.	Retired exam. (For customers who use our current product to attend the exam which is already retired.)
6.	All Labs Preparations are not covered by Guarantee so no claim can be made against them.
7.	Printed Versions only. (Hard copies are provided as an additional service. It has the same content with test engine and not sold separately. So the money back guarantee does not cover the hard copies.)
8.	Products on sale. (Products that are sold at a reduced price; or given for free)
9.	Different names. (Candidate's name is different from payer's name.)
10.	The refund option is not valid for Bundles and guarantee can thus not be claimed on Bundle purchases.
11.	Guarantee Policy is not applicable to Admission Tests, Avaya, CISSP, EMC, HP, ISC-2, Microsoft, Oracle, PMI and SAP exams as www.passguide.com provides only the practice questions for these.
12.	Refunds can not be claimed on Study Guides and Audio Exams in any case.
13.	Outdated Exam Products. For customers who use our outdated Products to attend the Exam which is already updated by Passguide Team; we will not entertain any Claims.

*For those who give up the right of claiming refund and want to exchange it for another training product. Passguide would like to provide two free exam training products for compensation of the Original Purchase.

How to Claim the Refund / Exchange?

Before claiming the guarantee, downloaded products must be deleted and all copies destroyed. This guarantee applies only to single-user licenses purchased directly from Passguide.

To claim the Refund/Exchange, you must submit the Examination Score Report in PDF format within 7 days of Test and a filled in Refund Form Or a Exchange Form to billing@passguide.com. We will then arrange the refund within 7 days after receiving the email and confirming all of the details! Give it a try and you will lose nothing! There is ABSOLUTELY NO RISK!
